We have a 24/7 Global Support Team who are available to answer your questions. If you require more support you can add on Remote Support Specialist on the day/night your campaign ends to troubleshoot, close the auction and deal with payment. This may be included as part of your package or can be added as an additional fee.
Our service can include a Dedicated Fundraising Consultant, or our shared support model.
If you do not opt for a Fundraising Consultant, client is responsible for the build and management of their campaign with access to our training videos, our 24/7 support team when needed, as well as the training guides and Givergy Community. We will of course assist you along the way, but there is no dedicated Account Management.
