New Donation Flow
A streamlined and intuitive donation process reduces friction, making it easier for donors to complete their transactions without confusion or frustration. This can lead to higher completion rates and fewer abandoned donations.
Apple and Google Wallet Compatibility
Tickets bought in the Givergy platform can now be stored in a guest’s Apple or Android wallet. A simple change to guest experience but an important one for streamlining check-ins!
Increased Payment Options
Increasing the number of payment options for donors increases accessibility to your fundraiser, empowering people to give however they can. The Givergy system will now be able to process payments being sent by bank transfer, ACH or Venmo!
Linking couples
We’re also introducing the ability to merge couples’ pre-event or at event, creating a joined profile with both having platform access and shared bidder number.
Order splitting
Guests can split the cost of bids amongst loved ones or colleagues.
Donated Item Receipts
When a supporter donates a item, they will get a tax receipt containing the Fair Market Value (FMV) of the item.
Ticketing Updates
Our new ticketing update allows hosts to set the total amount of tickets available across all ticket types meaning there are no more worries over overselling.
Improved the user experience for the managing of guests, create a public link that the purchaser can share with their guests so they can claim their ticket.

Fair Market Value Displayed on Auction Items
Donors want clarity and with this important update we’re helping non-profits provide it. Fundraisers have long had the ability to see Fair Market Value (FMV) of auction items within our CMS. Now though, fundraisers can display FMV on their auction items. Meaning donors will know exactly how much tax benefit they are entitled to.
Improved Automatic Item Renumbering
More freedom, greater control, number your auction items in any sequence and sort them however you like. No two event planners organise in the same way so this little tweak should provide more of the flexibility you need.
Automated Bid Increments
Gone are the days of constantly monitoring bid activity and painstakingly updating the increments during silent auctions. Now, before your event goes live, you can set your bidding increments and forget them as they automatically increase when bids rise.

Guests now have missing information highlighted to them as they are navigating the site meaning they all the data you need is always collected.
Ability to set a Cutoff Date for Guest Updates:

Header and Footer for Email Customization:
